I have a DR who is trying to purchase two Pearl Vision locations. He needs 75k. The locations do a combined $1.4million SO the problem is that he will not be able to negotiate until he can show that he has the 75k avaialble.
They will take over the stores from the Corporate pearl HQ, and the transfer will be seamless.
SO i guess i am looking to see if someone would be willing to give him a letter of credit saying he has the 75 k but it will not be available until he takes ownership.
Kind of a tricky deal.
