Dental Practice - Large tax lien

Working with a dental practice that has been in business for 10 years, does about 2.7 million per year and has a tax lien of 680K. He is on a payment plan and is hoping to pay off the lien. He just refinanced some property what will get him about 360K to put toward the balance, but is looking for an advance to pay off the rest. Banks are solid with ADB's around 150K and credit score hovers around 800. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic or if you are a direct lender even better.

    Thanks,

    David

Dental Practice - Large tax lien

I don't think I can make up the difference on what's owed, but we can most likely get this merchant a 6 figure offer. If you can't get the full amount in 1 shot and need to put 2 deals together feel free to reach out if I can be of any help.

I doubt there is more equity in the real estate, as he said he just cashed-out $360K.

Misha, TBB caps out at 250K. How are you going to pay off that tax lien?
