    Rent is cheap in Florida...you can negotiate 3 months free rent on 12 months $1500 a month for 3000 sq feet

    Just make sure you are on the bus line

    The day this was posted. I submitted a deal to BFS and one other lender. Deal was submitted on thursday and I knew BFS was not going to give any type of Answer and still has not
    The other Lender I submitted it to Gave me an Offer and It was funded on Friday. Yes you heard that right. I funded my client in less than 24hrs with a DL VC 2015 Tax return before BFS even responded to the Submission. Wondering what lender did this deal

    Knight Capital Funding < Term might be a little shorter. Only means I get a renewal faster and it was done with Ease. Merchant said it was the quickest process he ever Had with Borrowing money STILL WAITING ON BFS TO REPLY WITH THE SUBMISSION HAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!!!!!!
