Do we target houston and southern florida businesses?

I think this is a great time to target houston and miami area. My team will likely strategize up to 10k.

Sure they are risky. But they love thier business and fema will give them money.

I will say it again contractors will have astronomical deposits. I have contractors now in my portfolio that have contracts both in Houston & San Antonio, and in regards to Florida it will be ridiculous.

multiple sic contractor approvals will make a difference these next 4 months. I forecast a good amount of lenders taking that industry back into the norm' instead of placing mass restrictions with this industry, specifically in those two states (FL. TX. )

Primary business targets we will be walking up straight to are insurance companies, medical, auto repair and shop, schools and churches.

Def will look into gas stations too cuzz we know they made huge huge profits.

Let me know what u people think. We are gonna rent a few hotels for a few weeks. Alot of government money in play.

Saw the same pitch up north after Sandy. The gov't ain't giving away anything. They are making funds available for loans, but merchants can STILL be declined due to credit, etc.

You would fund a merchant solely because they received a gov't loan? Heh, good luck with THAT

Not as difficult as you think, I have rec'd many calls from chain restaurants looking for capital, unfortunately we don't offer MCA's and send them out to brokers looking for more business.

In fact, I have a chain restaurant deal I'm working right now that owns marinas in the north east that we are Re-financing and providing an LOC so they can continue build out on additional restaurant locations.

When Sandy came through NJ and NY, I was brokering most deals to BFS. They had a HUGE push at the time for new merchants who needed financing that were hit by Sandy or renewals who needed additional funding who were impacted by the storm.
