ACG is looking for a few effective ‘MCA Sales Stars’ to teach the lucrative ins and outs of selling equipment financing. Bottom line, if you’re not presenting a flexible equipment finance solutions to the MCA prospects you pursue, you’re handicapping your earning potential.

Equipment financing has become the preferred choice for many companies, especially smaller ones, to acquire the essential equipment necessary to grow and to upgrade their older equipment. In fact, 80 percent of U.S. companies lease all or some of their equipment, according to the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. According to the Small Business Administration, there are approximately 28,800,000 small businesses in the US today.

We have a few desks available in our San Clemente, CA. office however if our offices are inconveniently located we will consider candidates to work remotely if they can prove they’re currently earning a living selling money to business over the phone. Remote agents need to provide their own phone, PC or Mac w/ high-speed internet.

Our agents receive in-depth 360-degree training from seasoned equipment financing, MCA and merchants services professionals who are willing to pass along their experience, tips and tricks to candidates who are actively self-originating equipment financing applications. Our agents also benefit from top quality house leads, veteran processors plus ongoing product and sales training designed to help our agents sell more money, more often to more businesses.

Ideal candidates will be likable people who come across genuine and professional. Those that possess the innate ability to form fast business relationships coupled with the gift of persuasion are always desirable. However, the only other agents we value and respect as much as those rare unicorns dripping with B2B sales charisma are the dedicated professionals that consistently grind it out Monday thru Friday. We don’t hand out participation trophies so agents must be motivated to succeed and be coachable.

COMPENSATION: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Agents earn 50% of the Gross Margin generated from funded MCA’s, equipment financing transactions and merchant service accounts they originate and works thru to a successful funding. Realistically, average agents should make somewhere around $60,000 in their first year and over $100,000 in their second year. Top experienced agents that work a book of business they build can make several hundred thousand dollars a year – no joke
