Helping my cousin who owns a small juicebar/coffee shop in NY ( i use to work in cash advance but no longer in industry ).

Banks only show 5k deposit/ month since its mainly cash based but square statements will show he does 15-16k ( older statements show 10-12k deposits before he started paying vendors and landlord mainly in cash )
Credit about 590
30 + deposits / month, no positions, very few negatives ( less than 1 per month avg)

Hes looking to buy equipment so anything 5K + is ok. Has to be a decent term/payback.
if someone can make this work, you can keep most of the commission as long as deal is reasonable. just helping out thanks
