Client is in the business of buying gas stations, taking them down,removing tanks from the ground, and then rebuilding motels on top of the raw land. He usually has 250-300 rooms per complex, and would be looking to lease to the government for the use of homeless people. He is looking for 2mm to begin the next project. i would bet that once they tear the gas station down the city will require a Ph1&2 environmental, hes going to have a boat load of issues with the clean up.
