What company you recommend for pulling personal credit scores/history? Obviously, I’m also interested in identifying UCC filings and have written permission from the potential borrower to access to his/her credit history.

Since we are a small firm. Our volume of credit reports downloaded per month will be limited so we realize that not all companies may accept us as clients or their minimum report downloads may be too much for us.

You can get an Experian account, the basic unlimited subscription should be under $10,000 a year for a minimal amount of reports (reviewed at end of first year). Or you can give them a number of reports you expect and see if pay per report works out better for you.
