Advice for the day!
FYI,refrain from submitting to high risk funding shops with to many underwriters and commission driven peeps, my experience has always ended in our agents merchants being contacted directly. no axes to grind, if forum is to protect, then let it be known. Happy Good Friday.

Advice for the day!
It's in mostly all of our ISO agreements that after 30 days the lenders can contact the client directly.... And they do, direct mail, phone etc... Every deal I have ever had that didn't close in a month for various reasons, starts getting contacted from all over and all angles !
