seeking a direct lender that will consider doing 460 credit score
property management company having 460 credit score they own all their properties deposits 25,000 per month they own many many houses seeking capital so they can improve their credit need 25,000 so far only been offered 5000 also they own houses free and clear worth about 70,000 each would consider doing first mortgages on those please email me if any interest in this at milford@commercialmortgagecap.com
