    Wrap 5 MCAs plus existing SBA loan. Merchant needs $500k

    Merchant has 10 years in business, 5 million in yearly revenue.

    Has an SBA for $650K

    5 MCAs totaling $250K

    Needs $500K loan to pay off the 5 MCAs and the remaining $250K for working capital.

    12 month plus term.

    Who will do this one????

    Assuming the SBA doesnt have a lien on commercial / investment property he may own. If no tangible assets unencumbered then this is over leveraged merchant.

    While many of the prior posters addressed important issues, these questions need to be answered before anyone can honestly determine if something can or can't be done:

    Was the entity profitable in 2016 even with all the debt on the balance sheet?

    What EXACTLY is encumbered by the SBA loan?

    Does the Guarantor have personal assets they are willing to pledge?

    Once a client gets into this type of situation there are Funds that are willing to help- assuming it makes sense to do so.

    Richard has more patience than I do. I would have told the client to take the business out back and put it out of its misery.

    hahahaha..

    Have been able to assist people in worse shape. That they have an SBA note AND 5 other positions tells me that that they have decent cash flow. Just need to get things right
