    Home Builder 2.3Million

    Home Builder does 2.3M annually. NET 40k
    No other advances just some bank debt
    NFS 20 most recent month / 9 negative days and negative ending balance! Anyone outside of MCA since so many NSFs and Negative days?

    If he's got assets, and has good history of building and proof from HUDs, I can probably get him a large Hard Money LOC. They fund 580's on this one. Construction loans are also doable. Shoot me an email, let me try.
