    Do anybody do Merchant Cash Advance and/or Business Loan for Real Estate Broker?

    Our client is a Realtor interested in acquire a property for fix and flip, but his downpayment is too small. Mid Fico is 689. Needs to see somebody that will do a business loan or MCA. PM for more details.

    I can already tell you , if he doesn't have the DP and is looking at other means to get the DP, It isn't a good scenario for him and he wont be profitable. the ideal number is 65% LTV, i would go up to 75%, on a Nice property.

    WBL California can help with raw land. We loan 2-4x the average deposit volume depending on the state and can go up to 50% LTV on raw/vacant land.

    David, no disrespect but WBL is a horrible choice for real estate transactions. Wbl doesn't offer interest only monthly payments, nor are they offering reasonable rates. Most guys like myself will offer rates from 7 -12% Wbl couldn't or wouldn't touch those...

    If it wasn't raw land I would look at it, call me and I'll give you the number of somebody who will do it
