750+ FICO Client Running Multiple Gas Stations

I have a client that has recently acquired several gas stations (over the course of the last 2 years) in the Texas area. He has very low ADB, and a ton of NSFs, but very few to almost no Negative Days. Does around $750K/month and is looking for $300K. I do NOT have the application yet, and he is unwilling to send it over until he is confident in knowing that I have someone that will be able to get it done. Please let me know if this is something that you feel you can do.

    Thanks,

    Mike

If a customer has a TON of NSFS then they have negative days.

Sorry, I guess what I meant to say is very few days where the ending balance is in the negative.

What are his sales without gas? BTW - if ending balance is NOT in the negative , why the NSF's?
Have you had the owner pull his own credit report? That would be an initial start.
