    Loan me 30,000 () -- its 5k monthly -- told her to leave it
    XXXX 16,429.94
    XXXX 24,580.00

    Has some overdrafts

    Wants to consolidate 2 of the daily advances and get some more money if possible.

    I can loan up to 75% of the property if the banks can handle that loan size. She doesn't have to net anything and payoffs aren't required...suggested but not required.
