Looking for a Business Broker to facilitate the sale of Health Club
My client is selling one of his health clubs for $1MM and currently has an agreement with a business broker at 10% commission for handling the transaction. Does anyone here have any experience with this and able to get it done for less than 10% (including a couple of points for myself) ?

Initiate a separate agreement for your consulting fees.
