I was just in the same boat. no cali love. Not sure IOU Policy on cali but they have good Buy rates as well as ARF but that depends on Industry. The deal can get done at ARF. Gotta sell those early payments discounts

you talking about the random declines for approved files? just seems like they switched guidelines. i had 2 declined but still have like ten approved

Quaterspots commission splits are low.

[WestCoastFunding]

Smaller commission on a funded deal beats no commission.

ARF is def an option, but they don't seem very aggressive these days with pricing.
