If a call center is calling on your behalf and getting an app what is wrong with that? If you have in house people as IC's you are doing this all day long.

Read the fine print at the bottom of many funding applications. The merchant's signature provides consent for cash advance companies to do exactly this.

It is perfectly legal for someone to be a broker and work for an Iso or Funder/Lender out of the basement of their house ...

There are others ways to structure compensation that is legal for leads/deals


I had Licenced brokers doing mortgages/insurance out of 7 locations...some part time, some full time, some with home offices. 80 % of them show up for meetings and coffee and to say rah rah sis boom bah, this is going to be my month, watch my smoke .... then they blank again

This isn't rocket science...the liability goes to the Iso/Funder...compliance...make sure the guy doesn't say " guarantee" etc

some brokers/Isos think they are the cats meow and worth something and people let them think it because they were just glorified telemarketers who lose control of the sales in 14-30 days and someone funds without you.( either legally or thru backdooring)

Why would anyone need a call center when people are sending deals ( and they cant close) after creating an LLC 2 days in the Financial Industry.
