This gentleman has 2 office supply businesses, 1 in New York, and the other in Las Vegas. New York does close to $7 million and Vegas does close to $5 million annually.

He had a legal dispute with and MCA provider which has been resolved, and has provided the UCC termination letter as proof. Obviously, when most people see this, it's an immediate decline. He has one outstanding loan with IOU ( he has taken out several loans with them and has paid them well) and he's looking for about 200k.

MCA Funders will likely stay away from the file, however lenders that work off the balance sheet will determine if it makes sense or not.

Feel free to reach out if you cannot find an MCA for the client and/or the client wants something more cot effective..
