    Possible Start-up Funding

Taking a shot in the dark here but worth the try. Sorry if this is not the correct way, however I have in merchant with the following:

They were in business (motel / restaurant/ bar since 1957). Just sold it and bought a place (Bar/Restaurant which has never been closed since 1910), in a very populated area and have known this type of business/industry for over 30 years.

Purchased it from a friend. According to them, this place earns quite a lot of money, but they just need help getting the doors open due to lots of renovations that need to be done. This property also has two rented apartments above restaurant.

Any idea who I can talk to and/or what will most likely be needed from them in the event that it might work?

How much did they buy the property for? Is it free-standing?
    How's the owner's credit?
