Shield advisory group mca iso or creditor's relief iso? Funder's beware

Has anyone ever heard of this shop. wwwshieldadvisorygroup.com I spoke to a merchant who said they were working with Shield Advisory Group. The merchant needed 10k for marketing and already had 2 positions. He was very open with the fact that he couldn't currently afford his daily payments yet was actively seeking additional funding. He then proceeded to tell me that Shield Advisory Group told him they could facilitate a 3rd for 10k, then soon afterward have an attorney's review their 3 contracts which typically results in a 50-75% payment reduction for all of their daily payment advances. This is disgusting. I advised the merchant to pay down their advances or use the reconciliation clause in their contract if they had to. He didn't even know what I meant by reconciliation clause and proceeded to ask me if I could get him more than 10k. I'm aware this type of nonsense is happening all the time, but it floors me to see something this blatant. If any funding companies or lenders are working with this group BEWARE!

Just like some ISO's fund a deal with A Fund, then stack with B & C Funds to maximize all up front commissions, some are turning to debt settlement. They have stacked merchants into oblivion, so now they are working with these companies. they get a commission on the last deal in, then get another commission for the debt settlement referral.

I think we have passed the worst part, and it is becoming a snowball of defaulted loans!!!

We have different firms cold calling merchants advising them to default on there loan and advising merchants on how to defraud lenders/funders.

It is becoming more serious than alot of us really realize.

So imagine a room full of agents and the prime objective is to call merchants and counsel them on how to stop payments on all mca's and than in turn pay a service fee to these morons.

Having a good relationship with all your merchants this day and age is crucial. Especially with these shops calling merchants all day long to convince them to purposely default.

insanity. What are they going to do when all the banks go out of business. The stacking hurt enough, add this and you will see more banks go down

Funders should setup a gmail account, and blast out an email to all their ISOs under a fake name offering debt settlement services. The ISOs that respond get the ax.

Yes, it's unethical. But oh well.

Shot out to all the Sharks double funding, stacking the same deal, over promising but just giving another daily debit. Sending the deal to other sharks so they could fund the same business over and over. Shield Advisory Group ( where do I sign up )
