Roc Funding - Payoff letter
How can i get a payoff letter from these guys? Are they a direct funder or do they white label?
Please advise.

maybe have the merchant call them to request it?

Have your merchant call the main number or send an email so he/she does not get harassed to renew if they are not looking to info@rocfundinggroupllc.com

a funding company really should be giving a payoff letter to the merchant. (it actually also protects the iso) but its the responsible (legal) thing to do.....
