Business doing 70k a month looking to consolidate 4 positions total debt 45k. Who's good for these kind of deals p/m, solid Bank statements.

Consolidations are our specialty. If the client has real estate to pledge for collateral, this would be a slam dunk. We would just need for the collateral to have enough "net" equity to cover the loan amount.
