Anyone have an idea where I can get this done quickly? My client already signed their purchase-sale agreement, but the rate I got from this lender is way too high for them, apparently...


I'll make this brief:

Purchase amt: $520,000
Loan amt: $390,000 (or more, if you can, so less down payment)
FICO: 787+
Term: 30 yrs am preferred. No less than 15 yrs
Doc type: NO DOC
Location: Oregon
Broker pts: 2

From a affiliate of mine, "If he qualifies, I can do as low as 7.20% for 30 years
Or 6.99% 30 years amortization with 5 year term."

Fundyman - If you are looking for quick...he is going to be in that range.

If the property and credit are good, I can get to the 7% range. 3 year term, 30 year amortization. At least it can get him into the property then he can refi later.
