I have a merchant who needs 100k for a month and will pay back in whole by september 1st 2017! He is familiar with on deck type of terms and rates and he does not want a UCC filed after he funds! He has a near perfect credit score close to 800 and revenues/bank statments that should easily be able to qulaify him for a 100 grand! I need a lender who would take this deal and not file a UCC! Any help?

Most Lenders nowadays do NOT file UCCs. COJs are more the norm. We work with several lenders that can get this done. We will do our best to get your client the best terms and cost of money. This particular deal doesn't look like it's for us, but we do not file UCCs (unless the merchant hits collections), check credit, or request COJs.

If credit is strong we can probably not file the UCC. I have had a few deals like this over the last several years.
