Was seeing if anyone had a direct number for BizFi's Collection's department. I have a merchant who is trying to obtain a payoff letter, but from my understanding there is no customer service rep's there. Can someone please provide me the phone number, or point me in the right direction?

Bizfi's lender's must thrilled at the execution of the servicing outsourcing if merchants aren't aware of how they pay off their advances. Odd that they would take on this additional operating/collections risk-potentially add maybe 2-3 points to default rate....Bizfi's portfolio is maybe 7-8 times bigger than Cred-bizarre choice unless the lender's got some type of upfront fee for the renewal rights.

Just called this number got someone by the name of "Jeff Eller" It went directly to his voicemail. Hopefully someone has the direct line to the collections department, this is going to help everyone because I'm sure there are people out there who have to obtain a payoff letter from BizFi but aren't going to be able to. If anyone else has any information to help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.
