I am in search and need of a direct lender providing junior position asset backed lending options where real estate would be the asset. All properties are currently mortgaged with about 40% equity available on the entire portfolio of 20 non-owner occupied residential properties valued at $17,000,000 with about $7,000,00 worth of equity I'm looking for $500,000-$1,000,000 term loan/line of credit.

Can anybody provide any suggestions/referrals?

DIRECT LENDERS ONLY PLEASE!

Not a direct lender, but arrange this for clients often.

FICO will be a consideration, as well as the rent roll, areas of Real Estate, and use of Capital.

Touch base if you cannot find a DIRECT LENDER..
