Pre-Judgment Defaulted MCA Contracts- Reporting to the Credit Bureaus
We have seen certain instances of what appears to be pre-judgment MCA defaults being reported to Credit Bureaus?
Has anyone else seen this type of reporting? Not sure such reporting is legal-

That's interesting. I'd be curious as to what companies you see this from? please pm me if you don't want to post, just curious.
I can imagine that some merchants with payment problems start to scare some of the stackers, whom then go and covertly file their COJ as an insurance policy. That way when it actually goes they've got the judgment ready to fire.
Can't speak to the legality, if that is what is going on, in my mind the legality of COJs for MCA contracts is kindof insane anyways.

i have seen multiple lenders report directly to credit bureaus - the ones that come to mind immediately are Viking & QuickBridge.
