    $150K-$200K Construction Deal cons.doesn't care to net

    owes Fora and pearl $140k combined..doesn't care to net just wants to extend terms. owes more to blue vine and kabbage but doesn't want to pay them off.. .anyone (except broker )who can do contact me ...
    have few funders I'm thinking of but always looking for more

    try mbernier if you still have trouble getting it done (doubt with mike involved) then Cresthill/Mantis would take a look being that we love construction!! (and transportation!!)...

    How much does he have in A/R? Does he own real estate? WE can do an interest only loan to him and buy out the MCA's. His payment will be reduced by 90%

    I am a broker. We could probably get up to 18 months financing and competitve rates. If we fund this deal you get 60% of the comission and you will take control of the client.
