    Landscaping Company in Arizona

Been having a tough time with this one:

    Feb 154k
    Mar 158k (4 NSF's)
    Apr 220k (6 NSF's)
    May 141k (1 NSF)
    June 86k (6 NSF's)
    July 68k (6 NSF's)

Daily balances fluctuate pretty heavily. The weather is so hot that it is affecting their work. As it cools down, work and collections become more stable.

Anyone have any hope for this? They have real estate but not willing to pledge it. This would be a 2nd. 1st has a balance is 130k (750 per day) which funded in Sept of '16.

Your numbers are not adding up - 3-3.5 Million - would be in the range of 300K per month,
Are you completely legal - EIN, Business Banking, TIB?

Possible BLOC with pay-off 1st position.

Any credit card sales? if so, maybe a cc split, would be an option

Yes everything is completely legal, insurances up to date, etc..

Are you sure that they wouldn't be open to pledging their real estate short term? We are very flexible and I am sure that we can structure something that makes sense. Give me a call: 860-436-5920

LoanMe may be a good option here. We do lend in AZ and do look at average daily balances to determine if the borrower can afford our monthly payment. Our terms are 2-10 years so their minimum monthly payment is typically lower and more affordable, with no pre-payment penalties on this simple interest term loan they can control their total cost of capital based on their early repayment.

TedFundy-Landscape companies are tough to finance. Factoring is typically not a good option because most commercial landscapers pre-bill their invoices. Small community bank LOC might be a good option if their credit is OK.
