Anyone offer a true revolving line of credit / no doc for 700+ scores ----- without charging an exorbitant amount of points-Example: I've bumped into a few parties wanting to charge 10 points and pay out 2 to the broker?

Anyway, looking for 200k-250k.
Also looking for similar for borrower with 680 scores. 50k.

200-250k not gonna happen without docs/some form of coll

50K depends on specifics to credit profile but doable

No doc will get up to 75k at most for UBLOCs.
Personal LOC can get up to 225k.
But 10 points is not "exorbitant" if you understand that they should only be charging your for 0 APR lines.
No doc is only credit cards.
There are low doc and full doc programs, also. You can get at least 2.5 points, I'm not sure who's giving you only 2 points.

Interest rates end up around 3-5% yearly, in reality if you understand how these things work and grow.
