    Those were Karen's goals. There's no way anyone can fund 70% of their submissions. That would assume every submission gets an approval and almost every contract out comes back signed. If my team can fund 20-30% of our submissions, I'll jump and and down with joy.

    same here but also my weakest reps bring in at least 30 plus a month

    I believe the average decent rep brings in 15-25 apps per month. Top performers will bring in 30-45 per month.

    If they can fund 20-30% of these submissions consistently, then that's pretty awesome.

    We are very humble with our background and success. Thank you to all for your support and love.

    Our broker side usually make about 2000 calls per day. We sell about 75% daily. 1500 calls in 21 day is 32000 sales a month. And of that 32000 sales, about 50% are closed either with us or other funding companies or white label. We are fortunate we have a good sales tactics. And our renewal ia usually high too but ill leave that for another discussion.

    We have a department that sell our declines to lower tier companies.

    anything under 20 and they should not be doing this and the number should really be 30+ for a month. if they are not hitting that.... time to replace them

    C'mon mannnn... if your "making 2k calls a day" your not even pitching 75% of those calls, let alone pulling apps on them. Even if you misspoke and your taking 2k Live Transfers a day your not funding more than 2-4% of those. Even if your Mailing 1 million pieces of Direct Mail a week ($400k + a week in Mail cost) your not getting 2k calls a day, AND if you were your not Closing 75% of the Direct Mail Driven inbounds (more like 5-8% funded) So GTFOH!!! Your Numbers are Terrible

    In all fairness, it really depends on the lead source. An agent cold calling a UCC list will have a pretty tough time hitting those numbers. An agent responding to 3-5 inbound live transfers a day will do much better.

    true I am not talking about if someone is just pounding a UCC list, then numbers would be lower. I am talking combination of hot and warm leads

    Who can beat my "offer"

    I decided to start selling my internally generated leads that I spent $70 apiece through Google Ads. They're actually "trigger" leads - the ones that I sold them and had them sign contracts with either my own direct lending department, or one's I brokered out to other large direct lenders. All grossing at least $25,000/month. A-C leads only!

    Anyone else good enough to stand up and come up with other ways to one-up in this business and put Israel out of business?
