EVEREST- Payoff Letter Question
UPDATE: After I did a 3 way call with client and Everest rep, client was successful in getting payoff emailed to him.
Is this typical with Everest? We're funding merchant on tomorrow, to include paying off his advance with Everest. Merchant says he is getting the runaround when he calls for payoff letter. He said they told him he has to speak to someone at a different office and that they would call him. No one has called. He called back and still can't get it.
