Criton Capital has been requested to assist in deploying $60M back into the marketplace after payoffs have re-capitalized a Florida private investment group.
The debt strategies sought are detailed below:

• MOSTLY INCOME PRODUCING PROPERTIES, NO SPECIAL USE
• 70-80% LTV BASED ON PROPERTY CASH-FLOW
• RATES 5's% - 8's%; • $1M MINIMUM LOAN
• STRONG CREDIT SPONSORS - NO TAX RETURNS, LIQUID ASSETS REQUIRED
• FOREIGN NATIONALS ACCEPTED (MUST HAVE TAX ID NUMBER)
