You are kidding ? I do not know nay lender/funder that would complete due diligence in 1 day.

1st position? Did they set up a new entity/bank account after the change of ownership? I should be able to get you an aggressive offer but we won't do 500k on the first deal. 250k'ish should fly here which we can get done in 1 day and the renewal would be substantially higher pending their payment history. How long has the new owner owned the business? Would need application and 4 months of recent statements for offer.
