    Lender recommendations for business purchase?

    2 scenarios -

    Broad Strokes:
    - Laundromat(280k) and a Restaurant(75k)
    - Buyers have no real estate/hard assets to collateralize.
    - Buyers have 750 and 680 scores respectively.
    - Downpayments - 25% and 33% of sales price.
    - Both profitable businesses.
