I really do not understand this, when I first joined the industry 4 years ago, I heard the same complaints about Principis. If thy are such a pain to deal with, why do people work with them?

When you have your inside brokers taking your files out the backdoor what happens is an Iso sends a file for let's call them

"xyzabc cleaners "..its funds

Inside broker stacks it ... Iso gets blamed for the double stack but meanwhile, they got fckd too because they lost a merchant, a renewal strategy, and future income.( on top of purposeful tanking of files to sweep out the backdoor as well)

That's why I asked exact details on the "double funding personal guarantee" it was ambiguous and left open to wide interpretation and it seemed like it was not in the isos favor.

( and technically it could be unenforceable in a court of law, if it ever made it there, because they could say its too broad and strike it down)

i still work with them and did not get anything from them asking for a signature.
