There are other ways to check but if they do not have complete data. There is no way to hold that judgment on file in the courthouse .You can slap that off a court record in 2-3 weeks..and lex and other listings won't be able to report on them because the original filing is gone.

Tax liens will hold up...not some judgment liens. And if they do hold you have to go to court every 90 days to update the records ( I think they will change the last part when they realize how hard that is going to be)Some medical bills can be removed as well....student loans will always stay. IMO

People have to know how to do it...and they listen to people who say "you can't fix credit" so they never try. (and some people who fix credit say they can do it but don't understand it either..the vast majority of them )

They also won't know how to take it off of lex and other listings because they don't even know who they are.

I agree with the more deals being killed in Final...that's going to be horrible. Hopefully, that underwriting part gets put on the front
