Just finished funding my first deal with these guys and wanted to relay my experience to the forum.

Deal was $100k
Underwriting was super fast and offer was VERY competitive (with enough room in factor rate for me to knock points down a bit for the merchant). Funding in one day after contracts were back (including site visit).

The attention from Abe Isakov and Spencer Dixon, was top notch. From the moment the sub was turned in to the moment it funded they were extremely helpful in getting things done quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to sending them more deals in the future.

Legend is actually a good company.


They once funded me start to finish in 8 mins flat ... I sent in an application, they approved, I called for the contract, got the contract signed sent back and they funded.

I think they paid me same day as well. ***edit...only on this one deal

I'm clucking about thinking I am the coolest Iso known to mankind and I call them "hey I must be on your favorite ISO list "

Then they tell me " what are you talking about, they were our client once before..she never missed a payment " ha

It depends on deal size and position.

1st position - We always file a UCC.
Stack deals - Only above 50k.
