We are offering up to 16 points commission on premium 2nd position deals till August 1st.

You get a max upsell of 14 points, plus a bonus of 2 points on premium 2nd position deals funded.

PDM Capital is a growing direct funder. Our specialty is in funding strong 2nd and 3rd position deals. We also fund large deposit (over 200k/month) 4+ position deals. Some of the major benefits of working with us is flexibility on deals we like, direct access to the underwriter for negotiation on deals and speed.

Premium 2nd position max upsell of 14 points + 2 point bonus (till August 1st)
Other 2nd and 3rd position max of 12 points
High risk 4+ 10 points

We always pay the same on refis and we update you once your merchant is eligible for a refi. (not including bonus points)

Weekly's available on select merchants.

We only need a drivers license, void check and proof of ownership to fund.
