I have a client who is looking for a construction loan for a 5-Star hotel in the South Africa area ($65MM requested). He has permits, drawings, letter of verification of funds and a land lease with the local Government. I have a 60 page project summary along with several other supporting docs. The business has $12.5MM invested already and he provided a surety bond yesterday. Looking for a lender or investor who might be interested in this kind of project. Any ideas?
