this one is up there most I ever seen is 12 positions. You may want to reach out to Dan Page sounds like your merchant is doing good numbers if his net income is there, Mr. Page is the way to go for consolidations.

It matters because 11 positions is absolutely, 100% totally fine, but a 12th position is completely unethical. Be careful of crossing that line.

"On Hold"? why even bother going back into that arena? You said yourself, these merchant don't give a F***, and the reps obviously could give two s****, and they just come back and stack you. I would let the ones paying, pay out, and shut the whole thing down....

Unless you are coming up with a plan & addendum to hold both merchant and other fund liable in light of stacking? Interesting to see how that could be done, but....

Yeah, I'd stay the hell away from the consolidations. But it would be nice if they kept the program (or something similar) for non consolidations.
