Hi Guys,

I don't have very many relationships with Term Lenders so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have a profitable client generating $330k average monthly. In business 16 years, high 600's credit. Has 2 loans out with Biz2Credit and Kabbage totalling $332k. Total payments around $14k monthly. Looking to lower his payment and/or take on additional funding for new contracts/expansion. Fundation won't do that high with current advances, and Dan Page's program isn't a fit right now as well. Thanks in advance for any help, I'm open to any ideas!

Do you have a balance sheet and A/R report? A company that size may have other assets to leverage.

If they have A/R, Inventory or Equipment to leverage try Southstar Capital or Lendistry.

Dan Page's program isn't available at the present time, and I believe another blogger mentioned Lendistry- which is now only doing California programs.

If the entity is profitable and there isn't more debt on the balance sheet other than the notes mentioned (not including equipment debt), we represent two separate Family Desks in the NY Metro area that will deploy Capital on a transitional basis to clients like this- as long as there is a realistic exit strategy.

Feel free to touch base.. On this one I'm most curious about another bank loan etc..

Do you have anymore info on Bond Street's approval process, who you'd compare them to and maybe a good contact? I did a look over their website but maybe you might have some inside info and experience on what they like and look for, stuff that's obviously not plastered online.

I could use a new term lender or two in my arsenal.

I'd work with one of thier brokers, whatever's best for the client. If at the end of the day they can offer something my other term lenders cannot, I don't mind co-brokering deals at all.
