    Cool Helpful Tip

What would be really helpful here when you reply that you can assist with a deal, is if you would post your name and company name in the reply and let us know if you are a broker or a direct funder. I have gotten replies from other brokers posing as lenders. Many of the brokers posting here for deal assistance are already setup with the top tier direct funders for both vanilla deals and high risk deals. No one wants to send a deal to another broker only to have it shopped 10 times.

You do realize that some of us that you consider "brokers" know many other "brokers" and fund deals without using direct funders.. right?

I am personally almost at the point that I can get a deal underwritten and everything without using anyone else (besides a UW company that everyone else uses who doesn't have in house UW)

I'm even looking at teaming up with a couple others and creating an entire new form of alternative lending that doesn't attach UCC's to the company itself in the right situation.

I am not sure which deal you sent me the PM about.. but I could see how from my reply that you could have written me off as the next broker trying to steal some of your commission.
