Florin Vicol ran a successful company for years and was of our favorite merchants. Unfortunately his business ran its course and he went out of business in early 2013. He came to us after and was looking for a new career. We thought it over and decided that who better to be able to sell this product than someone who understands it from the other side of the table. Thats Fantastic! It just goes to show how far empathy and understandng business from a clients perspective can really go! Sadly, far too many reps in our industry are caught up in how big of a commission check they can get on a deal. Merchants arent stupid people and can often sense when they are being taken advantage of. Sure, some are desperate and take the money regardless of the terms, but many will walk if they sense they are being taken advantage of. Bottom line, slow and steady wins the race in our industry. Treat the client with respect, dignity, and a fair deal and renewals and referrals are the reward!

Florin brings a real perspective to the table that most reps cant...he has actually been there and done that.... he can share his actual experiences with a perspective client and talk through the positives and negatives...we are thrilled to be working with him and hope to continue to for many years to come

My experience as a merchant were positive and I did grow the business from $3M to $8.5M in a span of 3 years, however due to economic conditions had to wind down the business. Working with Isaac as a merchant was a great experience and we are continuing the relationship that we established over five years ago.
