Thats Fantastic! It just goes to show how far empathy and understandng business from a clients perspective can really go! Sadly, far too many reps in our industry are caught up in how big of a commission check they can get on a deal. Merchants arent stupid people and can often sense when they are being taken advantage of. Sure, some are desperate and take the money regardless of the terms, but many will walk if they sense they are being taken advantage of. Bottom line, slow and steady wins the race in our industry. Treat the client with respect, dignity, and a fair deal and renewals and referrals are the reward!
