We would not be able to do that internally unless we were using the funds to payoff the liens. However, I have a handful of lenders that would take a stab at this one if you would be willing to give me a shot.

We can do this deal if the revenue, balances, cc volume makes sense. You pm'd me the other day about your attorney deal, but I never heard back. Give me a call sometime tomorrow and let's get you set up over here.

As far as "fewest stips" claims that are thrown around on here, the only stips I will ever ask for are a drivers license, void check, and proof of EIN whether the deal is 5k or 500k. Pretty sure no one else offers that on here. Anyone, feel free to put it to the test and report back here.

    Hey there,

I can co-broker this deal with you and get you a 1.28-1.30 BR, 5m-7m (max, god willing) term, with a weekly payback.

Let me know if you can get it wrapped up or you need some better pricing then ysc/cooper/mantis/etc

    Thanks
