If you looking for rate and term I'd say Breakout they have 2 year terms and I've gotten buyrates as low as 1.08 on 6 months, they are quick and offer monthly payments on very qualified deals. They renew we'll also and Fairbank knows exactly what he is doing, but you might need to understand what an A paper deal is first before you work with them.
