Who are some of the more reputable funders who are willing to use real estate as collateral on an advance?

Look up Dan Page on this website, he's got a good program also, minimum deal is $50k.

There are several outlets for deals backed by Real Estate. Sean over at Liftforward is a stand up guy that can help- if the deals fits their program. Program is based on 10% (with some flexibility) of annual sales for deals over 150k.

It's my understanding that Dan Page's program has taken a bit of a sabbatical (consolidations through Funding Strategy Partners are on hold), though I see that he been posting to arrange hard money loans through strategic partners.

We have direct access to two separate Hedge Funds that have an appetite for Real Estate backed deals- with clear exit strategies. Feel free to touch base should you wish for assistance.

Yes, I am doing a ton of real estate backed loans. Rates ranging from 5% - 12%. We have $9.2MM at funding stage right now, that will be funded by the end of the month.
