Realized on a couple of deals i have that the pulls are coming out from day one as lendername default or lendername restructure. I assume they are doing this to scare off stackers. Thoughts?

Not the only problem with pulls, I have one deal in default which was sent to our lawyer. The daily pull is coming as lets says John Michael Authorized. Doesn't say lawyer, doesn't say collections. BUT, the guy got funded by another company AFTER collections started. If the funder would have looked more carefully, they would have noticed the daily pull, google the name, and killed the deal.
